Service Description

Our diagnostic service is ideal where the problem is somewhat unpredictable or hard to pinpoint. You may want to know the likely cost of repair before going further. Is it worth fixing? Is it beyond economical repair? Cost of parts? These questions can only be properly and accurately answered after a skilled diagnostic session and time to observe the behaviour, examples:- Erratic or temperamental hardware? BSOD? Lock-up and freezing? Won't turn on? Software failing to load?

Cancellation Policy

You can cancelled or rearranged this booking up to 8 working hours prior to the booking slot. Cancellations within 8 hours, or "customers not home" will still be chargeable.
